All engraved items include one image and text up to 200 characters for the posted price. Some items are large enough for multiple images and/or longer text which can be provided for an additional charge of $20.00 for each additional image and $5.00 for an additional 200 characters. Images requiring extensive processing due to poor quality will require more work and therefore an additional charge of $50.00 per hour. Any additional charges required to process your order with the quality that you expect at Laser Made Creations must be approved by you beforehand. You will be notified via email if your image does not meet standard requirements. If we find that we can correct the defecit in your image, without extensive time involved then we will do so free of charge. All sales, service and engraving work must be paid in full before work begins and orders are shipped. You will be emailed a proof to approve. Approval of the proof confirms your order which will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days after approval. If you disapprove of your proof, we will make the necessary changes and send another proof for your approval. Large inventory orders may require advanced partial payment to secure purchase. Partial payment may also be required of projects with extensive graphic and layout work before a proof is created and submitted for your approval. Return Policy - Because items are personalized, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will gladly replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. Laser Made Creations retains the right to refuse work that is unsuitable or inappropriate. By submitting images, logos or art work to LMC, the customer is assuming legal right and permission to authorize LMC to reproduce that image, logo or art work. Customer assumes any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against LMC for all trademark or copyright infringement actions. Please do not mail valuable or irreplaceable images without prior notification. We suggest that a copy of your image be sent instead of the original. Laser Made Creations is not liable for the condition of your image, photos or artwork sent to us in the mail. Damaged or folded images may be deemed unusable.
